All our car parks follow airport schedules, from the first to the last flight, so don't worry, we will always be there to welcome you!

The shuttle is included in the reservation price.

To modify your reservation, send an email to reservations@parkandtrip.com indicating your reservation number and the desired changes.

If you have subscribed to cancellation insurance when making your reservation, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance to benefit from a credit for the amount of your reservation.

We recommend that you arrive at our car park two hours before your plane takes off.

Call customer service on 05 47 74 36 21 to let them know you're running late. If you're outside customer service hours, call your car park's shuttle to let them know you're running late.

When you arrive at the Park and Trip car park, you can take your luggage out of your vehicle and go to reception to check in. From then on, the shuttle (9 seats) will take you directly to the terminal.

Upon your return, once you have collected your luggage and passed through customs, call the shuttle number you were given upon arrival and go to the place where you were dropped off. The driver will pick you up in about ten minutes.
